1. What We Collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the Service:

• Email address: for account identification and login
• Password hash: bcrypt-hashed, never stored in plaintext
• Encrypted logs: ciphertext, initialization vectors, and ephemeral public keys. We cannot decrypt this data.
• Log metadata: source name, log level, and timestamps (unencrypted)
• Public encryption key: your ECDH P-256 public key (derived from your seed phrase)

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• Your seed phrase (never transmitted to the server)
• Your private encryption key (never leaves your browser)
• Plaintext log content (encrypted before transmission)
• Tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising data

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the Service: storing encrypted logs, authenticating your sessions, and managing your API keys. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

4. Data Storage

Each user's encrypted logs are stored in an isolated database. Data is stored on servers under our control. All log content is encrypted end-to-end - we cannot access it.

5. Data Retention

Encrypted logs are retained until they exceed your storage limit or configured retention period, at which point the oldest logs are automatically deleted. You may delete individual logs or your entire account at any time.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: view all your data through the dashboard and API
• Delete: remove individual logs or your entire account
• Export: download your encrypted log data via the API
• Portability: your seed phrase works with any compatible client

7. Security

We employ industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage, session-based authentication with secure cookies, API key hashing (SHA-256), and rate limiting. The end-to-end encryption ensures that even in the event of a server breach, your log content remains protected.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
