By accessing or using KryptaLogs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
KryptaLogs provides an end-to-end encrypted logging platform. Logs are encrypted client-side before transmission to our servers. We do not have the ability to decrypt your log data.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and seed phrase. Your seed phrase is the sole means of decrypting your logs - if you lose it, your data cannot be recovered. We cannot reset or recover seed phrases.
You agree not to use the Service to:
All log data is encrypted end-to-end using ECDH P-256 + HKDF-SHA256 + AES-256-GCM. We store only encrypted ciphertext. We cannot access, read, or disclose the plaintext content of your logs, even under legal compulsion, as we do not possess the decryption keys.
Accounts are subject to storage limits. When limits are exceeded, the oldest logs may be automatically deleted. You can configure retention policies in your account settings.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your data (encrypted logs, API keys, encryption keys, and account information) will be permanently and irreversibly destroyed.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any data loss, including loss resulting from forgotten seed phrases, service interruptions, or infrastructure failures.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
